I continue to serve as the Executive Director of a non-profit, NGO, foundation
advocating for the professional development of (inter-faith) Emergency Service Chaplains for Special Military Units and Law
Enforcement. Responsibilities include working with the emergency management community at the international, federal,
state and local levels for the education, training, credentialing and deployment of Chaplains serving in the field of Disasters,
Terrorism and Extreme Events.
Deployed to the Haiti earthquake event on January 19th, I serve as the UN and NGO Liaison
Officer for local, community-based, organizations. Mandate to partner these organizations with the UN, International NGOs
and Government of Haiti, Ministries. I work as a Registered Distributor with the UN International Organization for Migration
(IOM) and the UN Development Program (UNDP).
Directly responsible for the distribution of hundreds of thousands of dollars
worth of non-food items (NFI) and construction of over 500 Transitional Shelters by these local organizations when I identified
NGO partners for them. Collaborate with InterAction, OCHA, UNICEF and various Clusters: Health, GBV, Shelter, Protection and
the Inter-Cluster. Establish close working relationships with Jude Hervey Day, Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Bellerive
and Louis Michelot Pierre, Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation.
Met with members of the Haitian Diaspora Community
who are motivated to make land available for partnership development at this time. Owners want to see this land become
their legacy by helping their country. Donors are asking only that their land be used in perpetuity to build schools,
orphanages, medical clinics, as well as vocational and agricultural centers to provide self-sustaining opportunities for young
people in Haiti. I have developed a plan to achieve these goals with the collaboration of various agencies and organizations
to build a Community Center, modeling the national action plan for recovery.

Response Team (CERT) program in the state of Florida. Coordinate program activities with federal, state and local partner

Corps (MRC), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Neighborhood Watch Program, Florida Department of Health (DOH) Disaster Behavioral

Serve as
member of Florida Incident Management Team (IMT) on disaster and terrorism events. Deployments include commendations received
during the second deadliest tornado event in Florida history (Lake County, Groundhog Day Tornado, 2008). Directly responsible
for coordinating operations for all spontaneous and unaffiliated responders and served as the Liaison Officer between the
Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and Base Camp.
